Goals

According to order 2 of the establishment bylaws of association of the Biotechnology Development Center  , the goals are as follows:

1. Laying the groundwork for the commercialization of research achievements

2. Creating the ground for entrepreneurship and supporting the innovation and creativity of young researchers

3. Contribute to the prosperity of the biotechnology-based local economy

4. Creating the necessary space for the expansion of small and medium-sized units of knowledge-based and active technology in the field of biotechnology

5. Laying the groundwork for creating suitable job opportunities

6. To attract entrepreneurs and university graduates in the field of biotechnology Laying the ground for the production and development of biotechnology products and processes that can be marketed Encourage and encourage faculty members, experts and graduates of the research institute in order to establish institutions or technology units in the field of biotechnology

 

Duties

The Biotechnology Development Center is in line with the five-year vision document, and in order to sustainably increase the effectiveness and efficiency of research and technology, the realization of the following missions is its core mission:

1. Helping to improve the technical knowledge of technology units in order to compete in the global arena

2. Organize to provide the services needed by technology units to help grow and commercialize their products

3. Organizing the existing capabilities and facilities to create a link between the facilities and resources of universities, scientific, technological and industrial centers

4. Assist in coordinating and directing scientific and industrial centers related to the growth center for research in research-oriented fields

5. Creating a suitable atmosphere for scientific and engineering activities to attract specialists, technologists and entrepreneurs inside and outside the country

6. Providing facilities for the activities of governmental and non-governmental research and development units in the Biotechnology Development Center
7. Supporting the presence and cooperation of foreign technology units for the development of national and regional biotechnologies

8. Facilitate the joint activity of domestic and foreign technology units

9. Encourage technology units, cores, start-ups and knowledge-based companies to conduct research with product and process development goals

10. Helping to create new companies and economic enterprises in the field of biotechnology

11. Strengthen the brand of growth center and deployed units

12. Encourage faculty members, experts and graduates of the research institute in order to establish institutions or technology units in the field of biotechnology
