As a medical genetics specialist, my research focuses on the identification of biomarkers involved in the management of multifactorial diseases, with a particular emphasis on cancer. I am particularly interested in exploring the epigenetic mechanisms underlying disease progression and therapeutic response. My work integrates high-throughput genomic and epigenomic data to uncover key regulatory elements and pathways that can inform diagnosis, prognosis, and personalized treatment strategies. In recent years, I have incorporated bioinformatics and deep learning approaches into my research, enabling the analysis of large-scale omics datasets with greater precision and efficiency. This interdisciplinary methodology enhances my ability to discover clinically relevant biomarkers and contributes to the development of data-driven tools for precision medicine.
